Position Overview
We're seeking a Social Media Magician and Brand Storyteller to shape our online presence, engage with our audience, and build a thriving community of aspiring entrepreneurs. If you're a social media-savvy rockstar with an entrepreneurial mindset, this is the perfect opportunity for you to let your creative juices flow, learn something new every day, and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to enable our audience to start investing.
- Craft compelling content across various platforms, showcasing wealth creation tips, and success stories.
Collaborate with team to produce visually stunning content, including posts, reels, videos, and more.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques, infusing your unique creativity.
- Foster and grow our online community, engaging through interactive discussions, and inspiring content.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Guide and mentor a team of social media enthusiasts, including videographers and interns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in an entrepreneurial setting.
- Prior experience managing and growing social media channels, increasing engagement, and conversions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Creative mindset with a knack for innovation and standing out in the digital landscape.
- Strong collaboration skills combined with the ability to lead and take ownership.
- Preliminary understanding of financial concepts and investment principles and willingness to learn.
Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days a week
- Location: GK1, New Delhi, India
- Salary: INR 15,000-25,000 per month based on experience + Variable based on performance
