Location: Noida (WFO)

Work Ex: 6-8 yrs
Responsibilities
Experience in working for any Ecommerce brand targeting the US or European market is a must.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), with the help of Graphic Designers & Content Writers.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and initiatives to achieve specific marketing goals.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate social media into overall business strategies.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Qualifications
• Industry experience of 6-8 years in managing digital and social media-led campaigns and building strategies end-to-end.
• In-depth knowledge of mainstream social media platforms. Creative and technical (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & TikTok)
• Managing campaign ads/business manager (Strategizing, curating media plan & target audience, budgeting, optimizing creatives, running ads) - Facebook, Instagram & Google
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize performance
