We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Canada, working with businesses across industries in North America and India. We specialize in branding, content strategy, performance marketing, and lead generation.
We're now looking to bring on an experienced and skilled Social Media Manager who’s ready to take full ownership of our clients' social media presence and help shape our own agency’s digital brand.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of both Bizzecho and our clients. This includes planning, creating, posting, engaging, and reporting content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just "post" content — but understands brand tone, storytelling, engagement tactics, content performance, and what actually converts.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Create and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) on social media channels.
- Collaborate with design/editing team for post/reel creation.
- Write engaging, brand-aligned captions.
- Post consistently across client & agency accounts.
- Research and implement hashtags and trends.
- Respond to DMs/comments and engage with audiences.
- Analyze and report performance metrics with insights.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, tools and application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
-Able to manage multiple social media accounts from different industries.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide monthly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing business social media accounts
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and reels strategy
Excellent written English (caption writing is key)
Ability to understand different brand voices and tailor content
Comfortable working with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
Creative mindset with strategic thinking
Reliable, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently
Prior agency or freelance experience is a strong asset
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with paid social ads or boosting posts
Graphic design or video editing basics (not mandatory)
Knowledge of Canadian/North American audience dynamics
Ability to coordinate with clients directly (if required)
