Job Description
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team at our beachfront resort and restaurant. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, attract guests, and promote our unique offerings. Key Roles and Responsibilities Content Creation & Management
Develop engaging content (photos, videos, reels, blogs) to showcase the resort’s and restaurant’s amenities, services, and events.
Create, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Assist in crafting email campaigns to promote special offers, events, and packages.
Social Media & Digital Presence
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms to build community engagement.
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide regular reports.
Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and tools relevant to the hospitality industry.
Advertising Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Optimize ads to target the right audience and achieve campaign objectives.
Website & SEO Optimization
Update the resort and restaurant website with fresh content, offers, and visuals.
Work with SEO tools to improve the website’s ranking and ensure high visibility in search results.
Event Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events.
Create event pages and promotional materials for online and offline distribution.
Analytics & Reporting
Track online traffic, reservations, and bookings generated through digital platforms.
Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve strategies.
Collaboration
Work closely with the operations team to align marketing initiatives with guest experiences.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers for content requirements.
