Social Media Manager – Creative Agency
Sydney (Hybrid) | Full-Time | Social + Influencer + Paid
We’re working with a creatively-led, social-first agency that’s on a serious growth trajectory off the back of a few exciting new client wins. With bold ideas in the pipeline and a passionate team behind them, they’re now looking for a savvy, proactive Social Media Manager to join the crew.
This role is ideal for someone who’s genuinely obsessed with what’s next in social – someone who’s not just across platforms, trends and content, but also knows how to lead the work from strategy through to delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working hand-in-hand with the Account Lead and wider creative/content teams to:
Own and manage multi-platform content calendars
Lead community management and elevate brand engagement (comments matter here!)
Brief and collaborate with content creators, designers, photographers, and videographers
Manage influencer relationships end-to-end
Build campaign and always-on reports that deliver real insights
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and more
Stay on top of trends and help bring smart, creative responses to life
What They’re Looking For
3+ years experience in a social media role, ideally agency-side
Strong knowledge of platforms (from TikTok to LinkedIn) and format-specific creative
Confident managing influencer campaigns, including briefing and talent sourcing
Paid social know-how – CPMs, CPCs, and platform tools don’t scare you
Comfortable leading accounts and maintaining day-to-day client relationships
Naturally curious, creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Dash Hudson, etc.
