About the Role:

We're seeking a creative and strategic thinker to join our team as a Content Writer & Social Media Manager. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for writing compelling content and managing our brand’s online presence across platforms. From brainstorming content ideas to executing campaigns and analyzing performance, you’ll play a key role in engaging our audience and growing our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and on-brand content for blogs, social media posts, website copy, email newsletters, and more.

Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social campaigns.

Write copy that aligns with brand tone and goals—whether it’s witty, professional, or heartfelt.

Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to inform strategy.

Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build online community.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members for campaign execution.

Track, analyze, and report on content and social media performance metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Writer and/or Social Media Manager.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Deep understanding of different social platforms and what type of content works best where.

Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., WordPress) and social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).

Ability to think creatively and strategically.

Basic knowledge of SEO and social media analytics.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
