Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms.
Duties
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
- Experience in social media marketing and e-commerce platforms
- Strong graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics
- Familiarity with public relations principles for effective communication
- Ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency
- Experience with stigmatise management is a plus
