Job Description
We are looking for a social media manager with a proven track record of success. We would love to see you join our team. We're on the lookout for someone who is energetic, creative, and knows how to build a loyal following on social platforms. This includes developing and implementing a strategic social media strategy, as well as managing day-to-day activities and responding to inquiries, comments, or complaints from followers. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Front of House team, continuously monitor conversations and ensure they are handled accurately and quickly.
Responsibilities:
• Develop a strategic social media plan aligned with business goals
• Create a compelling story to be shared on social networks
• Manage day-to-day interaction with followers who may ask questions or make complaints
• Analyze data, identify trends, and set objectives for the Kloud score
• Develop a talent pool of bloggers who can create content to share online
• Build relationships with influencers in the digital space
• Create content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr
• Create the photo or video content to post on social media sites
• Engage with the community in a friendly way to foster relationships and dialogue
• Monitor and comment on content created by fans and followers
• Maintain an active social media presence across all platforms as needed
• Requirements:
• Knowledge of Facebook Insights
• Knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Photoshop) - Experience using Twitter Cards
• Maintain the company's reputation within these communities by responding to negative feedback constructively
• Prepare weekly social media reports
• Maintain a high level of quality control on all posts
• Monitoring competitors' social media channels to stay current with industry trends, ideas, and topics
