Job Role & Description: Social Media Executive
Work Experience: 1+ yrs
We are looking for a Social Media Executive to monitor social media initiatives and implement successful
marketing practices for our clients.
• Creative mindset for coming up with creative content for Social Media
• Active and knowledgeable of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google My Business
• For this role, you should have a deep understanding of how different social networks operate and be
familiar with social media analytics tools for online content.
• Ultimately, you should strengthen our online presence and increase our brand awareness through effective
• Social media strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities :
• Interact with the client and understand their requirements.
• Closely monitor the performance and activities of competitors and other relevant social media channels
• Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager, Design Team, and Marketing department to design social
media/advertising campaigns
• Ensure timely responses to customers and followers- queries and comments
• Advise team on their social media activity (e.g. how to respond to comments and questions by customers)
• Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company
Working days: 5 Days a week
