We are urgently looking for a talented Social Media Manager(Immediate Joiners) in our IT company at Ahmedabad Location.
Designation: Social Media Manager(Immediate Joiners)
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the paid social strategist or executive with paid media strategies and audits, and with reporting.
Person will be responsible for the execution of clients in-house company’ s paid social media campaigns or even devising their entire marketing strategy anything from creating campaigns, to budgeting for them, to planning and strategizing them. They may need skills in paid social campaign management.
Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.
Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Design and implement social media strategy on a weekly/monthly basis to align with business goals.
Content strategy (creating unique strategy for each product/event/brand)
Monitor the company's social media accounts & Stay updated with latest trends and identifying the right trends as per the brand image
Improve Retention Rate and increase followers across all platforms
Develop, expand and manage the social media community.
Suggest and implement new social media marketing strategies to engage with followers and customers on a daily basis
Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns.
Desired/Preferred Candidate:
Highly self-motivated person/team worker.
Proven work experience as a Social media manager.
Ability to deliver creative content ideas (text, image and video).
Knowledge of online media Channels like Facebook, Instagram & other social platforms.
Good communication, Analytical and multitasking skills
Note:Candidates having must experience with multiple projects & team handling.
