Job Description
We are seeking a creative, highly motivated, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things social media and be well-versed in the latest trends and platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately, boost conversions. You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to create innovative and compelling content across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, in alignment with overall business objectives, to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and Pinterest.
• Create, curate, and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and high-quality stream of content across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to develop visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and text.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize content and strategy for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement these learnings to continually enhance our social media presence.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive brand image and strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand our reach and amplify brand messaging.
• Continuously explore new social media platforms and opportunities to grow our online presence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in Digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
• Strong work-ethic
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
