We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a social media Handler for our prestigious jewellery brand. As a social media Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and engaging with our online community.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Create visually appealing and engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Manage posts and ads on social media platforms.
• Design and produce graphics, images, and videos that showcase our jewellery collection and convey our brand's unique style.
• Handle the scheduling, posting, and monitoring of social media content to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our brand's online presence.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyse social media metrics and insights to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create collaborative content and increase brand awareness.
• Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation to maintain a positive brand image.
• Keep track of industry trends and competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• Experience with graphic design and using Canva and other editing apps
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
