Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
• Monitor social media channels, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement social media advertising campaigns, track and analyze performance metrics, and provide insightful reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design, to ensure brand consistency and campaign integration.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to maximize social media impact.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, demonstrating successful management of social media platforms and campaigns.
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their respective best practices, and audience behavior.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling applications.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to enhance social media presence and engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and industry developments.
