We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional looking for a hands-on role executing targeted marketing strategies across digital marketing activity.
Under the direction of Marketing Experts, and working in a small friendly marketing team, this full-time position plays an important role in providing a connection between top-down strategy and the execution of all marketing and communication activities outlined below.
The role is to manage the social media account of the client with the help of graphic designers and writers along with other team members. Social media and Facebook Ads are 2 core skills required and further training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Create a Social Media calendar for clients and execute content creation with the help of other team members.
- Will be responsible for all the social media account plan
- Research new ideas and come up with creative social media content ideas
- Research, create content, and set up Facebook ads
- Manage existing lead generation Facebook ads for clients and create new ones as per requirement
- Come up with creative ideas for Facebook ads as per the objective of the client
- Strong command of oral and written English as will be closely working with the content team execution team
- Create and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing strategies and plans
- Strong in planning and being super organized in terms of reports and analytics
- Proactively scout and test new social content to bring onto the platform to expand audiences and reach
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
- Work with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure content quality and the needs of the client
- Communicate with clients regarding changes or additional requirements in the project and execute it.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Facebook Ads
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, and other social media best practices
- Experience in creating and managing Facebook ads
- Should have good written communication, logical and analytical approach with a tinge of creativity
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills with a humble tone with client
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels
- Good at writing small but compelling content for social media and reviewing it
