Job Vacancy: Social Media Manager

Position: Social Media Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy: Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with our goals and values.
2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content, including text posts, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
3. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a strong online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Analytics: Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and recommend improvements.
5. Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
6. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach our target audience effectively.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Compensation (CTC):
Minimum total annual package: 6-8 LPA
