Experience : 6 - 7 years
Duties:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
Designing monthly, quarterly, and yearly digital media strategy in line with the business objective. Designing end-to-end social media campaigns and strategizing brand building activities
Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
Create methods for finding and solving online customer reviews
Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
Need to be well versed with paid campaign promotions on Facebook
Identifying opportunities for partnerships, in terms of social media & required content
Management of various social media platforms and the content for the same
Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on the social media platform
Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
Competitor and customer insights analysis (basis the strategies implemented)
Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales (basis the strategies implemented)
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
Skills or Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
6+ years experience in social media management
Exceptional multi-tasking skills
Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required
Knowledge of influencer marketing and Instagram content creation is a plus.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) & Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Prior experience of working in a startup will be an added advantage
