Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Handle social media crisis management and customer service issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.
