We are looking for an experienced and passionate Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and enhance our digital presence.
Job Overview: As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance our brand’s online presence, drive engagement, and increase leads and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure that social media content aligns with our overall branding and recruitment objectives. Experience in the Canadian immigration and recruitment sector is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies for various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to inquiries or comments.
Drive social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and improve brand awareness.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams to support branding, recruitment, and promotional initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and immigration/recruitment industries.
Work on branding initiatives to ensure consistency across all social platforms and marketing materials.
Measure and report on social media ROI and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, including campaign development, content creation, and engagement strategies.
Strong expertise in social media platforms, content management tools, and social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Proven experience in driving successful social media campaigns that lead to increased brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics, and translate them into actionable insights.
Strong knowledge of branding principles and best practices.
Knowledge or experience in the Canadian immigration and recruitment industry is a plus.
Must be comfortable working in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Highly creative with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a multicultural environment or within immigration and recruitment services.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and email marketing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
