Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Ahmedabad (work from office only)

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our YouTube account. You will be responsible for creating original text and managing posts. You will manage our creative to achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our YouTube channels, in partnership with and under guidance of the digital marketing and content operations teams
• Manage and ensure that all individual content pieces are uploaded per schedule and are configured as per internal specification (titling, thumbnails, chaptering, metadata, etc)
• Manage VoD content similarly for live events on the channels.
• Take responsibility for the overall look and design of all channels and make sure they obey all relevant branding guidelines as specified by the digital marketing leads
• Maintain content tracking calendar
• Able to be trusted with confidential information & content
• Responsible for attracting people’s attention to grab more views on the video content.
• Preparing video publishing schedules.
• Researching on various topics.
• Building a healthy relationship with the subscribers.
• Generating analytics reports on video performance Skills
• Knowledge and aptitude on digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Engaging channel audience on a day-to-day basis through all social media networks
• Managing assets and copyright for videos
The Ideal Candidate
• 3+ years of proven Social Media experience
• Direct experience with running successful YouTube, Vlogger or other, similar community-driven online video portals
• Clear and professional written & verbal communication skills
• Collaborative and enjoys working with diverse teams and disciplines
• Able to track maintain and track/deliver work against calendars and workflow timelines
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the YouTube algorithm.
• Knowledge of YouTube advertisements.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to optimize YouTube channel.
• Ability to build a healthy relationship with the subscribers.
• Strong work ethics.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual.
• Excellent presentation skills.
Qualifications
• Have an understanding of the current global digital landscape outside of YouTube, including relevant online locations for popular video sharing sites and popular social networks
• Understanding of the production process of television / video would be useful
• Can demonstrate having successfully grown an online community (channel or channels) in terms of both subscriber numbers and video views / engagement
