Job Description
We are looking for a creatively gifted Social Media Manager to represent our company’s values &
positioning by building a strong brand presence across social channels. You would be running and
owning end-to-end social campaigns and driving engagement by creating unique & relevant
content for the brand. You would also engage influencers, and build and manage our community by
responding to comments across the identified platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define the most important social media KPIs
• Create, manage and optimize the social media content
• Measure the success of each campaign and optimize the strategy
• Use social media marketing tools to plan, schedule and execute said campaigns
• Work with a Graphic Designer to ensure that the content is unique, informative, and visually
appealing
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a
strong network
• Monitor and manage the brand’s footprint on social media
• Build & Manage our online communities to ensure relevant engagement
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Social Media Marketing experience
• Impeccable written communication skills to match the brand’s tone of voice & personality
• Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media best
practices
• Experience developing and executing social media strategies
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
• Experience building and nurturing social media communities
• Detailed understanding of Campaign KPIs
• Understanding of graphic design principles
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns
• Critical, creative-thinking, and problem-solving skills
