About Sukirana Studios
Sukirana Studios is a marketing agency, focused on digital marketing and promotions works for film. we do complete end to end promotions for film. And also we do social media management, youtube channel management for celebrities
In this role, the ideal candidate will manage Sukirana Studios social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram). They will be a key part of the Brand Marketing team and will look to drive awareness for and deeper connections with Sukirana Studios projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of Sukirana Studios social media calendar, including setting quarterly targets, building weekly content plans, and executing them
• Develop new content ideas and social-first activations to increase followers as well as the reach and engagement of Sukirana Studios social content
• Write engaging copy tailored to specific platforms and maintain consistent tonality for the brand
• Provide clear briefs and feedback to the illustrator/designer to ensure that the copy and creative asset complement each other
• Creatively amplify initiatives, activations, wins, and company culture on Sukirana Studios social media handles
• Analyse post/campaign performance by platform, create insightful reports, and implement changes based on learnings, to achieve predefined OKRs
• Equip Leadership with opportunities and post copy to promote Sukirana Studios initiatives and further thought-leadership for the industry with their social media network
• Monitor social media trends and relevant conversations, and identify opportunities for Sukirana Studios to join the dialogue
• Provide timely responses to questions and reviews from the Sukirana Studios community across all social media channels and Google
• Periodically manage interns
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Journalism
• 0-5 years of functional experience managing LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram; YouTube would be a bonus
• A creative and out-of-the-box thinker with excellent creative copywriting skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Unmetric, and Streamyard, and design tools such as Figma and Canva. Bonus: Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro.
• Data-driven and numerically savvy
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and communication
• Detail oriented with excellent organisational skills
• Strong English communication skills; bonus if fluent in other languages
• Willingness to work out of Sukirana Studios office in Bangalore
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
