We are a fast-growing media production company specializing in high-impact visual content for real estate, brands, and businesses. We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and managing content across our clients’ social media platforms.
From brainstorming content ideas to filming, editing reels, and scheduling posts, you will take charge of the full social media lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Create engaging and brand-appropriate content (Reels, photos, graphics, stories)
Film and edit high-quality short-form videos (mainly reels and TikToks)
Manage and grow multiple client social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Write compelling and strategic captions, hashtags, and calls to action
Maintain and follow a consistent posting schedule
Monitor engagement, respond to DMs/comments when needed, and provide insights
Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and viral content
Organize digital content folders, plan content calendars, and track performance metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience managing professional social media accounts (portfolio or examples required)
Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Premiere Rush, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Comfortable filming and editing on mirrorless cameras or mobile camera (depending on project)
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone, grammar, and trends
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
Basic understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience in real estate media or marketing is a big bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Pay: $17.75-$33.44 per hour
