We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who lives online, understands today’s digital culture, and knows how to turn moments into scroll‑stopping content that people want to watch, save, and share.
Role Overview
This is a hands‑on, creator‑first role responsible for owning Yogen Früz’s social presence end‑to‑end — from ideation and filming to posting, community engagement, and trend‑led growth. You’ll help define the brand’s voice, visual storytelling, and cultural relevance across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Create short‑form, video‑first and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Film, edit, and post content in real time (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
Apply basic videography principles (framing, lighting, movement, transitions) to elevate content quality
Capture in‑store moments, product shots, launches, team culture, and lifestyle content
Stay ahead of social trends and adapt them authentically to the Yogen Früz brand
Social Media Management
Own day‑to‑day management of all Yogen Früz social channels
Write on‑brand captions that are fun, playful, and culturally relevant
Manage posting cadence, content calendar, and campaign launches
Monitor performance and optimize content based on engagement and trends
Community & Brand Voice
Actively engage with the Yogen Früz community (comments, DMs, reposts)
Build relationships with creators, fans, and brand advocates
Maintain a consistent, upbeat brand voice across all platforms
Campaigns & Collaborations
Support seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand moments
Assist with influencer collaborations and UGC strategy
Partner with marketing, operations, and store teams to capture content
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, café, or lifestyle company
Strong videography and content creation skills (comfortable shooting and editing high‑quality video)
Deep understanding of TikTok & Instagram culture
A natural eye for visuals, storytelling, and timing
Comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera
Organized, proactive, and creatively driven
Passion for food, wellness, and youth culture
Bonus Points
Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or wellness brands
Background in videography, content production, or visual media
Basic graphic design or Canva skills
Influencer or personal creator background
Strong copywriting skills with a playful tone
