Job Description
• Assist in creating and curating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Help with designing basic graphics, reels, and stories using tools like Canva or CapCut.
• Posting & Scheduling:
• Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Ensure timely and consistent posting as per the content calendar.
• Community Engagement:
• Monitor social media channels for comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Reply to queries and engage with followers in a brand-appropriate tone.
• Trend Research:
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, challenges, and viral content.
• Suggest creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Performance Tracking:
• Assist in collecting data on post reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Prepare weekly/monthly social media reports.
• Campaign Support:
• Help execute campaigns, contests, giveaways, and collaborations.
• Coordinate with influencers or content creators for brand features.
• Competitor Analysis:
• Track competitor activity and suggest ways to differentiate and improve.
• Cross-Team Coordination:
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams for consistent messaging.
