Manage day-to-day activities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Create high-quality content including reels, videos, posts, and stories
Stay updated with current trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
Handle end-to-end content production: ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing
Write compelling captions, hooks, and scripts for short-form and long-form content
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotions
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize content strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms (especially Instagram & YouTube)
Proficiency in video editing tools .
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
Creative thinking with strong storytelling and content ideation abilities
Understanding of audience behavior, engagement tactics, and content psychology
Good written and verbal communication skills
