The Avli Group is growing and we’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team part-time and help bring our brand story to life across digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
– Develop and execute content strategies across various social platforms
– Plan, schedule, and publish posts that align with our events, promotions and brand tone
– Create engaging visual and written content (photo, video, captions, reels)
– Monitor community engagement and respond to comments and messages
– Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports and recommendations
– Collaborate closely with management for content opportunities
What We’re Looking For
– Proven experience managing social media for hospitality or lifestyle brands
– Strong understanding of content trends and audience engagement
– Confident with basic photography, video editing, and Canva or similar tools
– Excellent writing skills with a warm, fun, and authentic tone
– Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
– Knowledge of Greek culture and food a bonus, but not essential
