About the Role
You’ll craft compelling content, manage daily social media schedules and drive brand awareness. You’ll drive engagement by analysing performance, fostering influencer relationships, and leading eCommerce and social photoshoots. Your insights will shape strategy, ensuring a seamless connection between digital efforts and in-store experiences.
About you
This role is a great fit for someone with a strong background in social media and content creation, especially within the fashion or beauty industry. If you have experience managing organic social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, and enjoy crafting visually compelling content with tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
RESPONSIBILITIES +
Creation of content for social media platforms with the Digital team.
Maintenance of Daily Social Media schedule.
Managing Social Media platforms, analysing performance and developing strategies to increase traffic to website, stores and overall brand exposure.
Posting/scheduling of content for all social media platforms.
Propose, implement and manage all Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest advertising; identifying key categories and/or products.
Provide insights back to the Leadership team by analysing and profiling social community.
Working and fostering relationships with key influencers.
Seeding influencers with products and information.
Manage end to end eComm and Social Photoshoots and plan out key creative moments required to drive our collections through social channel and website.
Help drive and build engaging video content primarily through Youtube and TikTok.
Be creative and always ready to create content!
Use a holistic approach to all digital marketing to also ensure results for generating online to offline traffic and speaking to the retail-based clientele.
Actively source content created by Creative team (i.e. campaign, look, press clippings) for use in all digital marketing initiatives i.e. EDMs, social media, blog, etc.
REQUIREMENTS +
Strong background in social media/content creation (3+ years), preferably in the fashion retail industry.
Strong experience in social media organic platforms such Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
Working knowledge of social media platforms to extract insight and data.
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign is ideal.
Passionate about and strong experience in social media trends and delivery.
A high attention to detail.
Strong collaborative and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills and understanding of the online shopping environment.
