Job Description We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing compelling social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth across all major platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all digital channels. 2. Content Creation & Management Plan, create, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.). Manage content calendars for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Stay updated with platform trends and apply them to content planning. 3. Campaign & Ad Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. 4. Community Engagement Actively manage audience interactions: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Build and nurture an engaged online community. 5. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze key social metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.). Provide actionable insights through regular performance reports and adapt strategies accordingly. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure unified messaging and campaign alignment. Support product launches, announcements, and promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills. Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
