Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Flipkarts brand identity and business goals.

Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, graphics, and written posts, to drive engagement and audience growth.
•
Monitor social media trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices to keep Flipkart at the forefront of digital marketing.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
•
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare reports with actionable insights.
•
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive brand image.
•
Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates to expand Flipkarts digital footprint.

Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and tools to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
•
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
•
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
•
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
•
Ability to create high-quality and engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy).
•
Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
•
Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and improving campaign performance.
