Responsibilities
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.Curate relevant content to reach audience.Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.Analyze Competitor activity & recommend improvements to increase performance.Encourage Collaboration.Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as twitter, facebook, instagram, youtube & linkedin.Study and analyze trends & plan content around it.Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner.Engage in social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Qualifications / Requirements
2+ years of proven work experience as a social media manager.Excellent knowledge of Instagram, facebook and other social media best practices.Excellent copywriting skills.Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video reels ).Good understanding of social media KPIs.Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.Knowledge of online marketing channels.Excellent communication skills.Familiarity with web design is an added advantage.Graphic Designing Skills for designing posts. (Coral Draw / Illustrator / Photoshop).Video editing will be considered a major plus point.
