About Company: The Brand Window is a marketing, branding, and communications agency in Ahmedabad. Our love to create simple, strong, and creative brand stories encourage us to help brands grow bigger, better, and profitable. About the Internship: Key responsibilities: 1. Brainstorm, research, schedule, and publish engaging, high-quality content for multiple social media platforms (majorly Instagram, with everything else following it) 2. Work on finalizing an overall social media calendar to boost our & client's presence 3. Work primarily on improving engagement on the clients' & our company pages 4. Manage engagement by maximizing likes, shares, comments, followers, etc. 5. Demonstrate a creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts 6. Drive further engagement by engaging with influencers and onboarding them for any initiatives or campaigns, as and when required 7. Coordinate with different teams to deliver on deadlines 8. Provide community mapping and competitor analysis +. Conduct research and draft ongoing news and viral content 10. Develop a social media strategy with a focus on an organic approach 11. Create original content 12. Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients 13. Manage interns 14. Drive lead generation through social media Skills & Requirements: 1. At least 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing 2. Verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively, with clients & in-house team 3. Knowledge of social media marketing (SMM) and social media optimization (SMO) 4. Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions 5. Familiar with copywriting 6. Analytical and multitasking skills 7. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail 8.
