Job Summary:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Create and publish engaging content such as posts, videos, and images on various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to create and execute social media campaigns that promote brand awareness, product launches, and special promotions.
• Analyse social media metrics and use data to improve social media strategies and tactics.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platforms and suggest new ideas for improving social media performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
• Strong creative skills and the ability to create engaging content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
