Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our company's social media accounts and drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
Manage all company social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging and relevant content for daily posts, including text, image, and video content.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies to keep the company ahead in the digital space.
Interact with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media insights and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all platforms.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the social media landscape.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in social media marketing, advertising, and community management.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for social media and staying abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in social media marketing or related field.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, iMovie).
Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media content.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
