The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and writing engaging content.Requirements:- B.Tech in any field.- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our social media presence.- Strong communication skills- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.- Experience in content strategy development- Excellent writing skills- Ability to develop and execute creative social media campaigns- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting- Experience with social media management tools- Ability to work collaboratively and independently- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Indogenmed's brand goals and marketing objectives.- Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent and engaging content.- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, images, videos) to drive engagement and build community.- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our social media presence.- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations, providing actionable insights.
