As Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across all platforms. With a focus on organic growth, you'll create engaging content that resonates with our audience, drives brand awareness, and fosters a loyal community. You'll also work on some paid social campaigns, ensuring we continue to deliver innovative and effective content that sets the brand apart in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and execute the social media strategy across all channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand aesthetics and messaging
• Collaborate with influencers, PR, and creative teams to drive brand campaigns and product launches
• Grow and engage our social community by monitoring, responding to, and fostering interaction with followers
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise strategies to increase engagement, following, and conversion rates
• Assist in managing and executing paid social media campaigns
• Stay on top of industry trends, new platforms, and emerging social media techniques
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social platforms

Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within beauty, fashion, or retail
• Strong understanding of all major social platforms, with proven success in growing audiences organically
• Some experience in managing paid social campaigns is preferred
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a sharp understanding of brand tone of voice
• Creative flair with a passion for producing visually appealing, on-brand content
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A passion for skincare and beauty, with a keen understanding of the industry
