Dream up, create, and flawlessly manage social media content calendars.
Partner with stakeholders to supercharge their social media skills through dynamic training and brainstorming sessions.
Strategically schedule content and creative assets across all our social platforms.
Ensure our social campaigns are top-notch and visually stunning.
Pen compelling copy that makes our social media plans pop.
Be a pivotal force in designing our content strategy.
Bring every aspect of our social media plan to life with style.
Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external allies.
Deliver monthly and quarterly analytics reports packed with actionable insights and trends.
Use performance data to amplify our social media reach and efficiency.
This is a permanent role, and you can work from Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. How’s that for flexibility?
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you'll tick some of the following boxes too:
Social media experience with a well-known brand or creator account.
You're deeply in tune with trends and have a burning passion for social media marketing.
You're skilled with in-app creator tools across social platforms and proficient in video editing software like Adobe Premiere.
You have proven interpersonal skills and a love for engaging with social media communities.
You thrive in a high-output content strategy environment.
You have a deep understanding of key short-term and long-term KPIs and how to measure social success.
Your writing resonates with how internet audiences speak (a written test will be required).
You're passionate about current culture, including financial freedom, entertainment, music, sports, and art.
A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Arts, or a similar field is preferred.
