Social Media Manager

We are seeking a talented and skilled Social Media Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team and contribute to the success of our diverse range of projects. Responsibilities: Thorough knowledge of various social media platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) & Google (Youtube, GMB) Well versed with Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager Running company social media advertising campaigns. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending across different channels. Ensure that campaigns are delivered within budgetary constraints while achieving desired outcomes. Content creation & planning Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence. Monitoring the company's brand on social media. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers. Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement. Overseeing customer service provided via social media. Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives. Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring regular communication, understanding their requirements, and managing expectations. Provide strategic recommendations, campaign updates, and performance reports to demonstrate the value of digital marketing initiatives. Skills: Experience developing social media strategies. Experience working with and developing a marketing plan. Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform. Understanding of graphic design principles. Experience as a Brand Manager on social media. Ability to measure the success of campaigns. Significant management and leadership experience Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms Excellent problem-solving techniques Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure Clear, confident communication abilities Effective time-management skills Preferred qualifications: Minimum experience of 2 years in social media marketing Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media marketing and social media advertising campaigns Basic knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Shopify, Wordpress, Google Analytics, etc.) Working knowledge of ad serving tools Experience in setting up and optimizing various social media campaigns Should have process knowledge of Marketing. Excellent English communication skills - spoken and written.
