Social Media Manager
Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media data and insights to optimize performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficient in content creation, including writing, photography, and video editing
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for accuracy
Note: Experience in e-commerce or web-based businesses is preferred but not required.
