Role Description

You role will demand you to -
• Analyse customer expectations, requirements and develop social media posts accordingly
• Create, implement and execute content ideas with the design team
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management, content developers, vendors and collaborators
• Regular posting and creation of amplification plans (even during the weekends)
• Monitor posts analyse data obtained and develop monthly reports
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Requirements
• Relevant experience of minimum 6 months in social media management - someone with an agency background will be preferred!
• Intermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation & design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Team & time management skills
• Exceptional problem solving & multitasking skills
• Talent for creativity & excellent writing capabilities
• The mindset to grow and deliver
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 6+ months of experience managing social media platforms for brands
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with creating engaging visual content using Photoshop, Canva or other graphic design tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects & client accounts simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
