Experience: 5-6 years Location: BKC, Mumbai Days: Monday- Friday Timings: 10:00am - 7:00pm Budget : 6-8 LPA Responsibilities: • Ensure brand essence and tonality are consistent across all social platforms, customising based on the audience of each platform. • Handle daily requirements of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc., setting and measuring KPIs for campaign success and continuous improvement. • Plan and strategize content calendars based on platform-specific goals and objectives to ensure growth and positive brand impact. • Understand analytics and stay updated with trends for brand application. • Manage queries and complaints on all platforms, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. • Allocate marketing budgets for Hero, Hub, and Hygiene campaigns. • Conduct audits of competitors' social platforms, product offerings, new launches, and ads to identify learnings and opportunities for improvement. • Develop strategies based on insights and competitive analysis, suggesting new ways to convert social platforms into revenue streams. • Collaborate with the SM agency on Instagram content calendars and creative work, driving revenue and engagement on the platform. • Manage influencer contracts, content, ad rights, product delivery, and payments on Instagram and manage ORM for customer satisfaction on Facebook. • Ensure content is updated Develop content strategy aligned with the brand’s vision for LinkedIn, planning and posting content with relevant keywords and topics. • Manage job listings and responses on LinkedIn, optimizing content based on analytical data. • Create and populate the brand page on YouTube with relevant content, focusing on YouTube Shorts, subscriber growth, and content views. Requirements: • Must have 5-6 years of prior experience in a similar role, either on the agency or brand side, preferably within the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sector. • Extensive knowledge of various current social media platforms and strong copywriting skills. • Proven experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial solutions. • Must be goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on problem solver with excellent analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and time management abilities. • Must hold a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
