Job description
• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to meet company objectives.
• Manage and create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media features, and best practices, and apply them to the company's social media strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing initiatives.
• Continuously monitoring and tracking the brands reputation on various outlets, e.g. social media, and booking channels. Search engines, blogs & social communities, consumer forums, etc.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor and report on competitor social media activities and provide insights for competitive positioning.
• Implement and manage social media tools and software to streamline social media management and reporting processes.
Required Candidate profile
• Minimum Experience 6+ Years
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging social media content.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media performance data.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media accounts.
• Familiarity with industry trends and ability to apply them to social media strategy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
