Position: Full-Time
Location: Okhla Industrial Area 1, Delhi
Salary: 3,00,000 to 3,60,000 per annum

TruFrend™ a bootstrapped brand of Anjanajyoti Systems Pvt Ltd. is creating an Anonymous, Single Click, Quick Connect Mental Counselling Application that aims to provide immediate online assistance in cases of depression and/or suicidal tendencies. This is the first round of hiring and people joining in the first round will become a part of the core team that will build TruFrend™ together and will become a part of a mission that saves lives.
Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and contributing to our brand's identity and ensuring its consistent representation across all touchpoints. This role requires someone with current and updated knowledge of all social media platforms, and the applicant must bring a wave of energy that reflects in our social media. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a skilled communicator with a proven track record of successfully managing and enhancing brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
· Create and execute social media content calendars across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
· Develop engaging and shareable content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
· Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
· Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Online Content Creation:
· Create and curate high-quality content for the company's website, blog, and other online channels.
· Develop compelling storytelling narratives that align with the brand's identity.
· Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce multimedia content.
Analytics and Reporting:
· Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts.
· Provide detailed reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize strategies.
Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
· Proven experience of 2-3 years in social media management and content creation.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good command over English language.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
· Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
· Complete knowledge of Online Advertising tools.
· Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Experience in working with bootstrapped companies is a plus.
