Compensation: $1500–$2000/month, based on experience and portfolio. Performance bonuses tied to growth and booking metrics.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT — PLEASE READ FIRST
This role REQUIRES you to be on-site at our Downtown Miami spa (Edgewater area, inside the Grand DoubleTree Hotel) AT LEAST ONCE PER WEEK to shoot content. You must be:
• Based in Miami-Dade or Broward County, OR
• Able to reliably travel to our Edgewater location every week at your own expense, we will reimburse valet parking at The Grand Hotel
If you are remote, out-of-state, or cannot commit to weekly in-person shoots, please do not apply. We will not consider remote-only candidates regardless of portfolio strength.

We're hiring a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes spa, beauty, and wellness content — someone who can take an already-strong account to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Full ownership of @bamboospamiami Instagram + TikTok + Facebook strategy and execution
• Revamp our IG grid into a cohesive, brand-aligned visual system (your first 30-day project)
• Build and maintain an organized monthly content calendar, approved in advance
• Create high-quality ASMR-oriented content — Reels, carousels, Stories — that captures our signature treatments (headspa, facials, lymphatic massage, Procell, body contouring)
• Shoot, edit, and produce content on-site at the spa (minimum 1 in-person shoot day per week, more during launches)
• Write captions (English and Spanish), hooks, and CTAs that drive bookings, not just views
• Design Reel covers using a consistent template system
• Run community management: DMs, comments, UGC reposts, influencer outreach
• Plan and execute giveaways and seasonal campaigns
• Deliver a monthly performance report: reach, profile visits, link clicks, follower growth, and bookings attributed to social

WHO YOU ARE
Required:
• Local to South Florida (Miami-Dade or Broward) OR fully able to commute to Downtown Miami weekly
• 2+ years managing social media for a spa, med spa, beauty salon, wellness brand, or similar
• Strong portfolio of ASMR or beauty/wellness content you've personally shot and edited (please include links)
• Fluent in Reels editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent), Canva or Figma for graphics, and IG/TikTok native tools
• Sharp visual taste — you can build a grid that looks like Glossier, Tatcha, or top Miami med spas, not a random feed
• Strong writing — captions that hook, educate, and convert
• Proven track record of growing follower count AND driving bookings/revenue (please share specific numbers)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to plan a calendar 30 days out
• Own a phone or camera capable of producing professional-quality vertical video (iPhone 14 Pro or newer / equivalent)
Nice to have:
• Spanish-language fluency (a large portion of our audience speaks Spanish)
• Experience with Square Appointments, ClassPass, or spa booking ecosystems
• Influencer partnership / UGC sourcing experience
• Mandarin a plus (Bamboo has an Asian heritage and clientele)

FIRST 30/60/90 DAYS
Day 1–30: Audit current grid, deliver a brand/content system doc, and revamp the visual feed with a 9-tile rotation and standardized Reel cover templates. Build a 30-day content calendar.
Day 31–60: Execute the calendar consistently. Launch one signature ASMR content series. Begin attributing bookings to social with monthly reporting.
Day 61–90: Drive measurable growth — target +15% follower growth, +25% reach, and a documented increase in IG-attributed bookings.
