Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketer with expertise in email marketing, video editing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can strategize, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, tailored to each platform.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
Video Editing:
Produce and edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, and other marketing channels.
Add graphics, animations, and subtitles to enhance video appeal.
Ensure video content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic and rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in all digital content.
Collaborate with the web development team to improve site structure and page performance.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track the performance of campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
Prepare detailed reports and use insights to refine strategies.
Set measurable goals and KPIs for all campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Canva).
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailer Lite.
Strong understanding of SEO techniques and tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
