Our aim is to connect communities through craft & design, drawing attention to promising design voices & enduring crafts, through our retail-led exhibitions, e-commerce presence, entrepreneurship guidance, and design interventions. We partner with diverse artisans and brands from all parts of India, working with exquisite techniques like Ajrakh, Benarasi Maheshwari, Chanderi, Ikat, Mangalagiri, Bagru, Indigo, Jamdani Kashmiri and Kalamkari. The founders bring varied expertise and a strong belief that the business and social sectors can add tremendous value to each other. Sharika Kaul Bhan has worked with FabIndia for over 8 years & headed its home & lifestyle division. Meenu Venkateswaran is the co-founder of two youth development NGOs - Pravah and ComMutiny the Youth Collective.

About Part Time Job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Create and upload posts/stories/reels for Instagram and Facebook (based on a calendar)
• Tie up with influencers
• Respond to DMs and customer queries
• Coordinate on-ground events with e-commerce partner
• Maintain product inventory
• Track income and expenditure
• Manage customer queries and sales
• Work on special projects with co-founders as needed
