We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support both our online and offline marketing efforts and assist with operations when required. The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, be open to traveling for work, and have a strong passion for travel, culture, and storytelling
Social Media Marketing (Online):
Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate photo and video shoots during tours and experiences.
Manage social media interactions and community engagement.
Help in planning and executing influencer collaborations, online campaigns, and giveaways.
Assist in creating newsletters, blog posts, and website updates.
Track and report on social media performance metrics.
Offline Marketing:
Support marketing efforts such as networking with hotels, DMCs, and local partners.
Assist in organizing and representing the brand at travel events, exhibitions, and promotional meetings.
Help in the distribution of brochures, flyers, and promotional material.
Operations Support (when required):
Assist in coordination and execution of tours and experiences.
Support guest handling, vendor communication, and on-ground logistics during tours.
Maintain records and feedback from travelers to help improve services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva, and basic editing tools.
Willingness to travel across India for work.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
Previous experience in travel, events, or tourism marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SEO, SCM, Google AdWords and content writing.
Photography and/or videography skills.
Understanding of luxury and experiential travel markets.
Work Environment:
Small, passionate team with a strong focus on sustainable and responsible travel.
Hands-on exposure to unique local experiences, artisans, and hidden cultural gems.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
