Job Responsibilities
• Manage our social media calendar and ensure all posts are scheduled and published on time
• Manage influencer marketing process (from sourcing leads and negotiating to designing shoutout campaigns)
• Complete at least one newsletter per week. Able to independently follow instructions, producing drafts with no grammatical errors
• Data-driven : You can create action items based on the marketing data we have
• Other marketing-related tasks as needed, such as writing engaging scripts for our short-form videos
• Willing to assist with executive assistant tasks as needed
Must
• You must have strong English proficiency, with excellent grammar and attention to detail to avoid typos
• You have basic design skills, can use Canva, and can do tasks like turning newsletters into IG posts
• You are able to work in the US hours
• You are creative and have passion to understand the investment banking recruiting industry
