What We’re Looking For
• Native operator on X, Farcaster, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord with proven web3 growth track record
• Experience orchestrating daily posts with zero quality or timeline slippage
• Proficiency with AI copywriting tools and the ability to edit AI outputs to maintain authentic voice
• Experience using AI for content moderation and community management at scale
• KOL, DAO, and AMA coordination mastery with a rich network of Web3 KOLs/influencers
• Fluency in social tooling, on-chain analytics, and AI-powered audience intelligence platforms
• Copywriting that converts scrollers into advocates and skeptics into believers
• Skills in leveraging AI analytics platforms to predict content performance and optimize in real-time
• Data-driven mindset with a talent for spotting trends before they trend
• 24/7 community instincts—because alpha leaks at 3 AM and memes wait for no one
• Strategic thinker who can localize master narratives into platform-perfect content
What You’ll Do ????
• Own the content calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish high-volume, channel-native content across platforms
• Ignite the feed: Deploy memes, live commentary, and trend hijacks within minutes to keep Hike at the center of Web3 conversations
• Utilize AI for content creation: Generate first drafts across multiple platforms simultaneously, editing for brand voice and authenticity
• Moderate & engage 24/7: Leverage AI-assisted moderation tools while maintaining authentic brand voice and surfacing real-time insights
• Implement sentiment analysis: Deploy AI-powered sentiment tracking to monitor community mood and address concerns proactively
• Develop AI listening systems: Create alerts that flag trending conversations for real-time content opportunities
• Orchestrate KOL strategy: Source, brief, and equip KOLs/Influencers with creative kits in <1hr when opportunities arise
• Run high-impact social activations: Execute AMAs, token drops, quests, and community initiatives that maximize follower growth and engagement
• Track performance obsessively: Build AI-powered predictive dashboards that forecast content performance before you even hit publish
• Train platform-specific AI models: Develop AI systems that understand your brand voice for consistent engagement across channels
• Drive continuous optimization: Propose and implement real-time pivots based on performance data to accelerate our path to higher Kaito mindshare
