Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy and Calendar:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
• Create and manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and engaging posts across all platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and industry developments to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
• Content Creation and Curation:
• Generate high-quality and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and shareable assets.
• Curate user-generated content and engage with followers to foster a sense of community and brand advocacy.
• Paid Campaign Management:
• Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Utilize paid advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
• Regularly analyze campaign data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing strategies.
• Social Media Monitoring and Engagement:
• Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and direct messages, responding promptly and engaging with the audience in a positive and authentic manner.
• Proactively address any customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports to the marketing team and key stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies, content, and paid campaigns for better results.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong content writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging posts.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with followers and handle customer interactions.
• Creativity and a keen eye for visual design to create captivating social media content.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize strategies and campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
