JOB DESCRIPTION-
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives.
Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Should have experience in Pabbly
Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube And others.
Conduct social media analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our social media activities and adjust our strategy as needed.
-Engage with our social media followers and build relationships with key influencers in our industry.
-Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company s social content
-Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
-Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
-Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster meaningful interactions to build a strong online community.
-Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite and analytics to track performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimizing future strategies.
-Stay informed about relevant regulations, guidelines, and policies governing social media marketing to ensure compliance.
-Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for effective engagement and content creation.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
Always update the latest industry trends, new marketing platforms to apply to the campaigns
Participate and support Manager in MKT planning decision-makin. Contribute ideas, research and develop new forms;
Ensure KPIs according to weekly/monthly targets;

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
